Warranty Coverage

We offer a one-time replacement for the same product (in the same size and color, where applicable). All we ask is that the client covers the shipping cost. In the event that the item is no longer available, the client may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers the following issues when they occur under normal use:
  • Color fading
  • Paint removal
  • Skin discoloration (green skin)

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
  • Improper care, cleaning, or storage
  • Physical damage such as bending, breakage, or scratches
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged contact with water
  • Normal wear and tear over time

Warranty Resolution

Approved warranty claims will be resolved through a replacement of the affected item with the same product, subject to availability. We do not offer refunds as part of the warranty process.
