Items Damaged During Delivery
While we do not accept returns or issue refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, we will resend the same product at no additional cost. To be eligible:

- You must provide clear photos showing the damage and the original packaging.
- The damage must be confirmed as occurring during delivery and not caused after receipt.
Damage Caused After Delivery
We are unable to replace, refund, or resend products that have been damaged after delivery, including damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, or improper care. Customers are responsible for handling and using our products with care once received.
